Accidents happen – and they can happen to your dog. If your dog was bitten by an animal, hit by a car or choking on something he shouldn’t have eaten, would you know what to do? Because seconds count in an emergency, and a rapid response could mean the difference between life and death. In this two-hour workshop, you’ll learn how to treat injuries and perform CPR on the spot.

Attendees will also receive a discount on purchasing our Canine First Aid booklet — a great resource for home and travel!

June

June 2nd- Community Lecture: Training on the Human End
1 PM to 2 PM

$5 per person

When using a professional trainer, dog training may seem easy, but once the leash is handed back to the owner, it’s up to YOU to continue the training to ensure they know their commands.  One of the reasons your dog may not respond to you as well as they do for trainers may be because they may be unclear of whose in charge. Dogs also respond better when they are praised for doing good! We will talk about ways to make yourself more appealing to your dog (besides being their owner) to let them know you’re the boss!
